Conditions

The house is strictly no smoking and no pets.

Weekly bookings run from 6pm on Friday to 11am on the following Friday.

Weekend bookings run from 6pm on Friday to 4pm on Sunday.

Times can vary by agreement with the owner.

Bookings can be secured with a 10% deposit and the balance must be paid in full one month prior to your visit.

Rates include bed linen, bath and hand towels and all heating/power. Visitors will need to bring their own beach and sports towels for activities out and about.
